"Here, here, no need for that. I'm interested."

"Well, now, all you need to know is that I can get you more, and supply you with any size and quantity of pallets you want. We have just recently established operations to the north," he said, picking up a quill and dipping it into the inkwell on his desk. "How many, and what size would you like to order?"

The irony agonized Wizard to no end: the fact that the men used the dragon's own organs to carry their parts to market added insult to the whole travesty. He was aghast at what he was seeing. He turned in circles, becoming more distraught by the second with the horrors splayed across his vision. Two more dragon heads hung gruesomely from the walls.

"No. What have you done!" he screamed.

Shoppers in the store ceased their haggling. All eyes focused on Wizard. His head throbbed, his vision grew blurred. He heard the sound of his own teeth grinding. Dragon screams echoed through his mind. He bumped and pushed his way through the shop and stumbled into a counter. He came face-to-face with a clear bowl full of dragon eyes encased in glass.

"No!" he shouted. "This cannot be."

Zarrock rushed to his side, but Wizard pushed him away. "Wizard, let us leave this place," Zarrock said.

But Wizard did not hear him. He heard the tortured screams of dragons and saw flashes of them tied down, thrashing as they were being taken apart. He felt something rising within. He started to shake uncontrollably. A bluish halo formed around him. It pulsed and throbbed, morphing into the red of his robe. Pure rage exploded outward. A blast of energy knocked everyone to the floor. Someone smashed into the counter, sending dragon eyes rolling across the room. People scurried to their feet, looking madly about. They ran from the building, screaming.

Two men rushed from a back room, swords drawn, their faces eerily recognizable from his tortured dreams. Recognition also dawned on the grimaces of their hardened features. One of them ran back the way he had come, slamming the door behind him. And then Wizard saw black as all of his hatred and anger was propelled away from him in a massive blast of energy that threw the other man backward against one of the floating palettes. There was a loud hiss when the sword he carried sliced into one of the bags on the side of the palette, followed by a spark as the sword then hit the steel-capped table. A massive fireball exploded, incinerating the man where he stood. And then everything went black.
